Policies

Cancellation policy: 

There is a 48 hour cancellation policy. If less than 48 hours, there is a one night charge unless cottage is otherwise rented.

Pet Policy:

 Pets are allowed with certain rules. Pets are not permitted on beds or couches. Pets must be on leash at all times when outside, owners are responsible for clean up of pet waste. Pets are never to be left alone in the cottage unless kept in a kennel, nor are they to be left tied up outside while owners leave.  There is a minimum $50 charge if pet policy is not followed. Other reasonable conditions apply, contact us for complete details.  

Smoking Policy         

 All facilities are smoke free and strictly enforced.  A cleaning fee of $100.00 will be charged if a Unit is smoked in. There are butt cans located on all decks for smoking outside.
